Tina-Marie Destro graduated with her Bachelors in Sociology in 1994, graduated from McMaster in 1995 with her second degree in Gerontology and then her Bachelor of Education in 2011. After graduating in 1995 she joined Investment Planning Counsel of Canada as a client service representative where she successfully completed her Mutual Fund License and shortly after completed her Branch Managers License. For 16 years she helped manage the office and handled client accounts, trades, paperwork, marketing and compliance issues. After leaving IPC she joined another private firm and completed her Life Insurance designation which included, segregated funds, health and benefits plans. In 2015 she joined Donro Financial where she continues to successfully specialize in retirement and estate planning.
